As it arrived
The tanker as it came in — old graphics, worn equipment, corrosion on load-bearing parts.
Stripping down
Everything due for restoration comes off: covers, wheels, air tanks, suspension. Each part goes on its own pallet so nothing gets mixed up.
Blasting and painting
Parts are cleaned back to sound metal, then into the booth. Bolts and small fittings go for galvanising — that's what decides how long the repair will last.
Reassembly
The frame is rebuilt and the tank goes back on. Everything that came off goes back restored or replaced with new.
As it left
The same vehicle, in daylight. New paint, rebuilt suspension, working equipment — ready for work.
